I believe it is said in manga... Or I am wrong ;).
But... If you take into consideration all the names, Knights of Rounds etc it's obvious Japanese people were fascinated in "King Arthur and The Knights of the Round Table." Maybe the answer lies here :)

Yeah i had the idea her name was Elizabeth, because the sound "CC" is Cissy, that as far as I know its short for Elizabeth (which would explain a scan of CC in Queen's clothes)

Lelouch does.... C.C's true name is better off unknown to be honest... Then no one will get disappointed at what her name is. By the way, why are there so many rumors that claim to know of C.C.'s name? I'm rather finding it hard to find any proof backing these rumors, so I presumed that the rumors are false.
