We pay 39.95 a month (Canadian) me and my roomates. We also get a discount cause we also have Cable TV, so the price is even lower.

average dl at 400-450 kBps
average ul at 50-65 kBps
Once you get it, its like a drug.. you see 56k.. and you get mad at it, and you need your high speed access.

512 k dsl. Its a lie though. Its terrible slow and some websites like Microsoft Update and Nvida homepage wont even load. Its a terrible shame, all internet in Alaska sucks.

Cable of which I've obtained ~350KB/s down and capped somewhere around 40KB/s up. Not as good of an upload rate as I wish it was, but its the best thing available here so I really can't complain.
